I was a Vendor for a wedding last night. The venue is very modern and clean. A great addition to Frankenmuth especially for weddings wanting an upscale venue with the local attractions. Justin the coordinator and staff were very professional and easy to work through the entire evening. Always ensuring the Bride and Grooms needs were meet as well as mine through the end of the night. The venue also has a great shop that has amazing smoothies plus a barber shop and an organic food store. Very impressed with the staff and venue.

Very disappointed in this venue. Due to the pandemic we had to cancel a bridal shower. A shower of over 100 people. They are fighting me on the refund, aka- wont give it back! We were offered another date within a year as compensation. Great, but we do not have an event needing a venue now. The rest of the venues for this wedding ALL refunded our deposits except Uptown. I thought this was a classy place but this is not case. I put down a great deal of money.
Was at wedding on 6/1/19. The event coordinator was 1st class. Very clean, upscale center. However, the dance floor was a slip and fall hazard. Very slick linoleum.
Gorgeous venue for wedding! Wish this was available when I was married!
