I went in looking for a lesser priced car and was surprised to be treated like a King! The salesman showed me the car and was not pushy and real friendly. Later I talked to Kevin the owner and he assured me that I was getting a great deal.This place was far better than any of the local dealers on US 30 ! Love my Civic !!

Just bought another car from the Auto Haus. Jeff is a great guy. Super honest and looked out for our best interest in choosing the right vehicle for my daughter for xmas. Always great service! I trust them 100% . This is our third vehicle from them within the past few years. All being very reliable. I do all my service updates at the shop there . The mechanic is very knowledgeable and i never have to worry about being ripped off like other shops. Really good guys. Fast , honest, and very polite! I give two thumbs up and five stars to the Haus! Thanks again guys! Happy holidays!

I bought a car from them at the beginning of the month. Online advertisement clearly had a tow hitch in the pictures. After the test drive I noticed that there was no hitch. When I asked about it, I was told there never was one. Are you guys so behind you feel the need to scam 75 used tow hitches? After a 3 hour drive it wasn't a deal breaker, but definitely shady. *EDIT: After reading your response, Sum Deud is not my name, I did buy a car from you, It was your location, and this is the second time you guys have just played this off.
