All the homes were locked and they require someone to walk you around. Unfortunately after driving over an hour, they didn't have anyone to take me around to view the models.......Very different experience than the one at the Lakeport location where you are able to roam homes freely.....i will shop with another company

I had G&I build a modular home nine years ago when they were under serenity home builders. I’ve had more water damage to the inside of my house in the last nine years than I’ve ever seen in my first two homes I just had to file a claim because the rain keeps coming through the roof into the bottom bedrooms into the ceiling with they came and fixed one time for me and help fix the water damage to the front door one time since then they don’t seem to want to take responsibility for the poor construction of the home
I'm abousoltely pleased with the company they are absolutely on top of everything .. u never have to ask for something twice pete the mantince man is awesome... matt and terry are also wonderful .. I would recommend this company all day every day ..
Love the place but if you rent. Nothing gets done
Actually don't deserve any star. Materials that u built our house with suck. Plus when they delivered our house they ran it thru a ditch. We have instructions on where to drive it up to the landing spot but no one listened. I do not recommend anyone buying from them unless u want a place that will need constant work. They have come out to fix the issues, but it just gets covered up not fixed, so we have to do it ourselves. Horrible horrible. ...
