The people at Baker Pool have been extremely helpful when both talking to my wife and I about a new spa and the maintenance of our existing spa. They’ve saved us tons of time and money by diagnosing issues with our 20 year old tub over the phone and in-store. They’ll be our #1 stop when it’s time to eventually upgrade.

Once again awesome service with a pleasant staff. Fully walked me through all my hot tub options including trying to fix my old one but I think it is time to get a new one I love the Marquis V 94.
Very impressed with Baker Pool!! We were looking for a hot tub, and can tell you no place compares to Baker Pool! Purchasing the spa was a great experience; I didn't feel pressured or rushed to buy. The team that delivered the hot tub were amazing. Myself being very new to hot tubs, the next day after we put water in the spa, I still had so many questions regarding use and operation. Baker pool came out and explained everything to me. I had so many questions and they didn't rush me through any of it. Really dedicated time to make sure I felt comfortable. I would highly recommend Baker pool to anyone wanting a great spa at a great price with wonderful customer service!! So glad we chose Baker Pool!
I was in a process of installing the new liner bought from here on a Saturday, turns out the manufacturer misprinted the liner and package. The liner was way to small. I emailed them early Sunday morning. Got response instantly when they opened. Great service from the gentleman front desk . He made sure he found the correct liner and had it ready for me up front. Just friendly service. Keep up the great work. Will be back again.
