My son and daughter have always been home schooled. 3rd grade doing 4th and 1st grade doing 2nd grade. None of it is challenging enough. They both asked to learn coding. Done .Ninjas has been a fantastic addition to their curriculum. They absolutely love it.

My son loves the classes at CodeNinjas. We use them as a supplement to our homeschool curriculum. During Covid-19 shutdowns he started attending the new gaming league Overwatch Esports. It gave him something to look forward to each week, when there wasn't much going on. We are so appreciative of all that August and Jeff do to make learning coding and gaming fun and educational.
We started Code Ninja right before the lock down. They were the first to start Zoom meetings with small groups. It was the only interaction with other kids my son received for most of the time we were in lockdown. They took my quiet kid and got him talking with other kids. They pulled him out of his shell and it was the thing he looked forward to when we didn't have anything but the two of us. The kids worked together to build games (even Pokemon!)and he went from a computer illiterate kid with no typing skills to a kid that runs his own computer (with oversight of course), logs in, goes to zoom and runs away with Scratch games. I can't ever thank them enough for being the light during this time.
This program is amazing! My daughter loves learning to code here, the teachers are very kind and the curriculum is great! I've noticed she's also improved her reading and math since joining the dojo too.
