I love this place it my home away from home great people to talk to everybody there are super friendly i love the pool and chilling with friends all the stuff people are fantastic they do what ever they can do make you stay awesome. Ps if had to pick a stuff member that's my favorite that easy tammy she away Greets you with a smile make your stay there more Welcoming.

It's a great place to work out of work with a couple of the trainers Ryan Nathan and the swim coaches their Cameron and JT are awesome I love going in and swim and workout upstairs they have plenty of extra activities as well

This facility is in dire need of remodeling/bulldozing and rebuilding. It doesn't look like it's been touched once since 1960. The cardio and weight machines are decently modern, but the free weights room is horrible. Staff is friendly, but the facility itself needs some serious upgrading. 5 stars for staff & 1 star for facility. Let's call that 2 stars.
