Divas on Main Street it's remarkable ladies wear Boutique but perhaps more important ..that the wonderful couple that own and operate Divas.. since the moment I met them.. I was shown nothing but kindness to myself and to everybody else that walks in that establishment... I'm not sure I've ever experienced two people that know how to operate a shop like that anywhere I've ever been their hospitality is something you have to experience for yourself ..Diva's is definitely my favorite shop in Franklin.. because of the love and kindness I've seen them show to everybody ..recently I've read a few negative reviews but I believe the people who posted that don't know who these people really are so.. I want to set the record straight if you haven't been in there Please take the time to experience it for yourself... I've grown to be very good friends with Sarah and Rick they have enriched My Life greatly

Very rude women. Followed us around like we were going to steal something. My son went to sent down in their seating area and one of the women yelled at him!! My friend’s girls were looking at necklaces and gently lifted them to look. They were yelled at. Apparently well behaved children aren’t welcome. Will not be going back.

The woman running the shop was very rude to my daughter to begin with, then had to tell her a couple times the colors we wanted for the tuxedos and then almost argued with me about what I wanted, she is very pushy and does not let someone talk. I had called and changed the color of the vest and it seemed to be a big deal, so I had my wedding planning go by and just check on things to make sure everything was right, she was rude to her and actually said, \I'm sitting down right now and don't feel like getting up and looking for her order\, my wedding planner waited until she did feel like getting up. It was so close to the wedding I couldn't change places or I would have, I regretted using them. The tuxedos were to big for all our guys, pants were to long, one guy got two extra vest (different colors), and someone else got 4 extra pocket squares that were all different colors.

The woman running it was very rude. We came in to get a pageant dress for my 13 year old. The website/Facebook says they have 00’s. We walk and and ask and she says “I don’t have little kids stuff”... and I was like well ok but she is a 00-0, the hateful woman says “I don’t have that” and turns around and walks off. Ok then....

I went to the Main Street venue in Franklin today. So much fun, so many nice people! But a real highlight was my last stop at Divas On Main. Met Sara and Rick, the owners, and had a great chat with them and gals working there. Their clothes and accessories are adorable! We’ve been here under 2 yrs and I’d never been in there! Loved the store! My new go to place for a unique stylish classy fun addition to my wardrobe!!
