Franklin Equipment has been a great resource for my business. Bob and the staff have gone above and beyond to help and always have anything I’ve needed ready to pick up. I’ve rented a various array of equipment, everything from bulldozers, stump grinders, lifts, skid steers and etc., with no problems. The equipment is well maintained and running without any problems. Fantastic staff and an overall great experience. Franklin Equipment saved the day on a short notice stone delivery that I needed to unload. Their staff helped me find the right piece of equipment at a good price. I'll definitely be back, and suggest you give them a shot as well.
I called a day before I needed a skid steer and and guy at the front desk worked with trying to find a track style with joystick controls. I told him that bobcat of Knoxville couldn’t provide what I was needing. The guy said he had a machine there it was a little bigger but he said he would charge me less than bobcat and have it ready for pick up the next day. I pick it up and the guy took my card info and in about two minutes I was ready to go. Thanks to guys at Franklin equipment of Knoxville for taking care of me at last minute.
