For truckers: brand new facility (at the time of this review), you can sleep on site, everyone was professional, friendly, and despite other drivers’ bad experiences with unloading here, they were done with us in less than an hour!! Also, our lumper for a full trailer was only 125
Ryan Bayer is right long wait time to unload, high lumper fee
I understand the sky high lumper fee considering the consignee floor loaded hundreds of packages of Styrofoam food containers. IMHO, the responsibility for this situation should be placed squarely at the feet of the consignee for allowing the shipper to do that. ;-)
6.5 hours to unload, high lumper fee. You can overnight park at the driveway before the stop sign, just don’t leave your garbage and piss bottles otherwise you’ll ruin it for everyone.
