Overall positive experience while living here. The leasing office was very responsive and helpful. A few maintenance concerns which were fixed timely. The location is perfect, easy access to everything. The apartments are large and updated.

Colonial Pointe is a great place to live. From the staff to the residents, everyone is always so friendly! My boyfriend and I have lived here for a year now and we couldn't imagine renting any place else. The grounds and building are always impeccable. Cathleen Foster is always so helpful and kind when we have questions or need anything at all. The location is amazing, right next to 287 and 208. There are parks and hiking areas super close, which we take advantage of almost every day! It's dog friendly too and that is hard to find!
We love it here! The staff is so helpful, and every interaction is so pleasant! We can't say enough good things about Colonial Pointe! The building is well cared for, and quiet. The underground parking is nice, and is especially great in the winter! No more scraping snow off the cars! Its so easy to live here, we think we'll be here a long time.
Truly an outstanding place to live… my father lived here for 3.5 years and absolutely loved it. First, the building is very well located in Franklin Lakes. When looking for a new place (we sized down from our house nearby), we noticed Bergen County in general does not have a lot of high end and new apartment buildings. It was a no-brainer when we walked in and the lease was signed the next day. The finishes of the units are great and the corner unit we had was sunlit and very spacious. Finally, the building was always impeccably managed by Cathleen and her team. Truly a gem!
Great Place. Family Friendly. Clean. Easily Accessible. And most important is the staff is impeccable. Property Manager is friendly and knowledgeable and available. Highly recommended.
