Reception is always courteous and helpful. The technicians are knowledgeable and friendly. I do not find the wait time long, it is always great. And as always I am pleased with the care I receive from my MD.

I was very pleased with the service and professionalism I received upon my visit/appointment today with Dr. Kaldawy, MD. It was easy to get an appointment (within a few days) and I was told in advance that the initial exam and evaluation process would take about two hours, which did not upset me because I have literally waited several hours (every visit) to see a retinal surgeon in NY for evaluation and post-surgical follow-ups (that is before any dilation and/or initial procedures). The telephone receptionist here and office staff were all very polite, efficient and pleasant; as were all the technical staff. There was ample parking, the office was clean, neat, not crowed and was Covid safe. We recently moved to Franklin from NY and it is important that I be seen regularly and followed up (since I have a history of retinal detachment surgery, cataract surgeries and other issues), so I was pleased and relieved to have found Dr. Kaldawy, MD and staff. Dr. Kaldway, MD was professional, pleasant, caring, concerned answered my questions and gave helpful clinical insight and advice. I highly recommend Dr. Kaldway, MD and the Milford-Franklin Eye Center.

The office kept their word and helped me with a credit reporting issue for an overdue payment I lost track of. They appear to be genuinely concerned about making sure their patients are helped both physically and financially. I would highly recommend them.

I was very pleased with my visit here! I have seen a few of the providers at this office and have no complaints with any of them! They were thorough and polite. The staff was welcoming and very patient given such a busy office. Given the circumstances we are currently facing I feel this office was doing all that they could to keep the patient's and staff safe.
