Dr. Kovach was my doctor (Since 1987) and this is the only practice my kids (now grown) have known. It is unfortunate that the level of care at this practice has dramatically gone down hill. An office staff can make or break a practice and unfortunately the current office staff is breaking this practice. The sass level is off the charts. Medical questions/concerns should be sent back to the nurse/physician to review and act upon. A front office receptionist who acts as a gate keeper is a dangerous thing.

Been going to this office for 16 years and love the staff. I moved out of the area after the first year but have continued to make the 45 minute drive because the staff is amazing.
This is a doctor's office that can very easily give you a speedy and as painless as possible visit, or a slow and arduous one. There are several doctors ranging from your standard family practice physicians and internists to \sports medicine\ surgeons. The staff has always been kind and considerate, however depending on the doctor you are there to see your stay could end very differently than the nice receptionist and attentive nurses would prep you for. Dr. Houston seems to be among the few exceptions from the stories I've heard as he has always done right by me. Listens to my issues and has been right beside me during my mental and physical health issues. That being said my experience with one of the sports medicine docs who shall remain unnamed... mainly because I don't remember his name... was less than acceptable when it comes to what you expect from a guy into who's hands I would have been placing my life had I opted to go under the knife. He was kurt and unprofessional, almost accusatory with his questioning as though he was convinced I was lying the entire time. Had I been asking for narcotics, I would understand... I just wanted my torn rotator cuff fixed. So, the overall experience based on the building and staff would be a 4 star. However, never knowing which kind of doc you're gonna get to see either the kind, professional, and empathetic sort like Dr. Houston or the uncaring, unprofessional, and misanthropic Dr. Forgettable I have removed a star leaving at a 3/5 only because I can't select 2.5.
I love the care and the flexibly that my Doctor has when it comes to prioritizing and where she can squeeze me in to her schedule.
I had an appointment with Dr Larry Sanchez today. His nurse Natasha was very nice. This was the 1st time I would see this doctor. When I checked in, I asked the person checking me in if Dr Sanchez was on schedule, and she said yes. I was waiting in a small room for 45 minutes waiting for this new doctor to come in. He never did!! How rude of anyone to keep anyone waiting for 45 minutes! My time is valuable and if I was late for the appointment, they only give you 10 minutes before you loose your appointment! This was a very bad impression Dr Sanchez left with me, rude and inconsiderate! I’ve been going to this office for over 20 years, and I will NEVER see Dr SANCHEZ, just like he made sure I didn’t see him today! Bad Business!!
