I have parked here several years with out any issues. My last experience was regretfully my final. I have seen this place deteriorate over the past year. I parked here in December. When we returned from our trip we called to give them our claim check number. We had to call 7 times before anyone answered the phone. They instructed us to go to the shuttle area for pick up. As my husband and I walked over, we seen the shuttle and walked up to it. There was a gentleman in the stairwell speaking to the driver. We were waiting until he finished (which was about a minute or so) when the driver closed the door in our face and drove off. Typically there is a short wait in between shuttles, so we decided to wait. 15 minutes past and no shuttle, so I decided to call again to find out when the next shuttle would be arriving. No one was answering the phone, and it said that the mailbox was full so you couldn't leave a message. I tried over 20 times with the same response: no answer. In the end we waited over an hour in the cold, and we were not the only ones. Over 30 people were also waiting for the same shuttle and had the same issue. When we arrived at the facility, we were instructed to wait outside until our vehicle was pulled up. We waited another 15 minutes in the cold. We were so eager too leave, when they pulled it up we jumped in the vehicle. When I got home I noticed on my front bumper there was a dent. I called the facility and as instructed came in to fill out a report. Unfortunately there insurance company is saying that because I left the premises without notifying anyone of the damage then, that they will not do anything. I will NEVER park here again, and I strongly advise you that if you do, inspect your car completely before leaving.

I have never had any problems with this parking service. I use it all the time for business and pleasure travel. Sure there are some additional inconveniences involved with taking a shuttle to the terminal, but it's totally worth it to save 20/day over on-site parking. Also if you have their loyalty card you rack up free parking quickly. I have no complaints.

I was very impressed with their service. Bus driver, Alfred, was very entertaining on our way to the airport. The price was great (with discounted price found online), ease of paying was smooth. Only waited 3min for shuttle on the way to airport, and 10min on the way back to car (at 12:30am). Will definitely park with them again in the future.

Came in at midnight Sunday/Monday night. Shuttle was ready to go when we got to the Bus/Shuttle station. My car was waiting for me when we got to the parking lot. I forgot to make a reservation but everything worked out fine. Used Groupon so it was very reasonable! I was very pleased with the service.

For the love of god, do not use them. Websters could use them as a diagram for ratchet. Feel free to ignore this, but please know a reservation here is not a reservation at all. They'll cash your charge card immediately, but will take 3-5 days to refund you when they overbook and boot you. Mind you, even if disciplined and there early, you'll be left without another option other than to bend over for the airport prices. Compensation for their mistake, which denied you opportunity to make other arrangements? There is none, unless ghetto attitude treating you like you're lucky to get money back is an asset to you. This is a criminal racket. Taking reservations they can't honor is the apex of terrible business practices. There is no excuse for taking reservations you can't fill. Travel is a pinpoint financial and scheduling venture. This place is a small error away from trashing your trip too. Go elsewhere, save yourself from my experience with them.

I had very bad experience with their service. I already prepaid and got my confirmation. On the day of travel, i went to park my car. they were closed. i called the phone number and they were very rude and gave answer that they were fully over booked and closed the parking lot. they have no curtesy to call or send a email to the customers. Because of them i missed my plane and also they never refund my money. I am still trying to call them to refund. no one picks up the phone. I will never recommend anyone their service. VERY POOR.

I actually had a good experience with them, I wouldn't call it a 5 star service, I do think the staff needs more training to be professional in front of customers. The shuttle arrived in a timely matter and are new buses. Cheap rates, would park here again.

Aviator doesn't deserve 1 star. The worst experience with a parking service. No one answered their phone when we called to be picked up. Found several other people waiting outside. People were trying to get a hold of them too. Finally one person got thru and several of us gave her our claim tickets. After waiting 20 minutes the shuttle arrived. Got to Aviator and no cars ready to be picked up. A few people had been waiting for over an hour to get their car. People on our shuttle grabbed their own keys and found their cars. SERVICE WAS HORRIBLE! No matter what special rate Aviator is offering, it's not worth all the hassles.
