There should be no reason for trains to be blocking roadways for 30-45 minutes!!! Get it together!!

FAST PASS IS A JOKE. We are wasting precious hours setting our drivers up, and assisting when they are locked out of their accounts. GUESS WHAT CEO'S?!!?! MOST DRIVERS ARE TECHNOLOGICALLY RETARDED! They have to reset their passwords every 90 days?! WHY!!! Pull up to the CP when you aren't registered and be prepared to sit for about four hours because driver services is a JOKE. Time sensitive emails for drivers to set up their accounts - THEY ARE DRIVERS WHO ARE USUALLY....DRIVING! And WHY when I terminate a driver from the UIIA are they STILL ABLE TO PULL CONTAINERS UNDER MY SCAC???? I never ever thought I would see the day when I prefer the CN to CP! Everything about your new system is flawed, and I pray that you get it sorted out FAST.

Longest waiting times to get a lift on or lift off. They pretty much load whoever they want, no structure whatsoever. 2 hours get in and out is not uncommon. I'm rejecting loads from this place from now on.

2 hours waiting by the brand new installed automatic ingate which is.... BROKEN!!! are you kidding me??? I’m here last time. Thank you, slavery is over for 50 years but still exist here at this broken rail yard.

Trains going in and out of this place tie up all of the railroad crossings in my neighborhood all day long. Plan on going out of your way to get around the train or get to the one bridge over their ridiculousness. They should have to pay to build underpasses at each crossing if rhey are going to tie up traffic for 30-45 minutes at a time.
