These people don't even know their own machines. We had one of our trucks pickup from here yesterday and when the driver loaded he asked them to verify the weight of the loader and the yard guy said no more than 19000lbs. Well driver got pulled into scales and when they checked him that machine weighed in at 22000lbs and caused us to get a 1050 weight ticket for National Lift has refused to do anything about even though they told us what it weighed. Well after we dig into the machine the rear tires were full of water which is where the added weight was and all could have been seen if they would do a proper inspection and notate things like that. I wouldn't trust what they tell you if they cant even tell us the weight truthfully.

CJ in sales was great. Followed up and was on top of things. He was the reason I tried them out for forklift recertification on sitdown forklifts. Class was short and to the point. A little expensive for what I received. But p 08 coed up some good points to help save employees from accidents.

The Dennis Group was tasked with receiving ,erecting and commissioning all of the Coffee process equipment for the new Starbucks Chicago Roastery on the magnificent mile over the course of the last nine months. The logistics of downtown Chicago did not lend itself to normal deliveries of any kind. We were in need of an offsite warehouse whereby we could have our vendors drop ship major equipment to be stored temporarily. Tony,Jose and the entire team of professionals at NLT were there for us from day one of our contract with them. They were able to support our “just in time” delivery needs, even if same day delivery was required. These guys are the best! Rob Jacklin is a true rental pioneer! He has always gone out of his way to accommodate all of my rental needs and always at a fair price. This is my one stop shop for forklift and boom rentals. All of the equipment is maintained professionally and the one time that I needed a repair done on site they were out there within an hour to fix it. My hat is off to this company and their people!
