I’m simply amazed. Recently we got a new hvac unit and since it’s been cold the propane went faster than I realized (it’s a dual fuel so I’m still trying to figure out the new timeline of refills). We are facing a week of freezing temperatures and I found out on Friday (just happened to look) that my propane is less than 10%. Uh oh! I called Southern States expecting them to be weeks behind... I mean it’s my fault I just now checked!! Well sure enough they are slammed but the manager (or the owner?) said they would put our address on the emergency (ASAP) list. He said hopefully they can get to us by Monday evening. He was very nice and I certainly appreciated his willingness to get us taken care of quickly. This morning, on Sunday, the propane guy shows up ahead of the ice and snow storms rolling in on Monday. He came on a SUNDAY morning and filled us up! He was very nice and explained that they wanted to be sure to get to us since we were so low. What?! That’s incredible service! I felt bad the guy was working on Sunday! Tonight my wife and 2 young children are sleeping warm and peaceful as I lie here in bed over the moon, thankful that we have a full tank of propane all while Ice and Snow is accumulating right now outside my door. My mistake of letting the tank get so low before a snow storm didn’t hurt us this time because they were so prompt and helpful! I’ll be sure to check it more often from now on though, that’s for sure! THANK YOU Southern States in Franklin, KY for caring enough to go above and beyond for your customers!! God bless y’all.

The GM lies to you on the phone, never there to talk in person. Was told to move my metal bldg so they can remove a tree causing damage to my property. That was done about a year ago. The branches keep falling on me and my family members the GM was told and I was blown off. Contacted corporate let's see what happens
