I went to Starbucks to get something to drink although I was still wondering what to buy. The lady whom was preparing my order was really bossy and rushing although the fact is that there were no other people on line. After I have received my coffee, I took into the car and drove off to continue my errands. When I took sip, the coffee wasn't hot at all, it was rather warmish and not hot enough for my contentment. Please increase efficiency for your job.

I’m pregnant waited 15min for the one drink. I received my warmed muffin right away, waited for the drink after 7 more minutes, then had to mention about the third drink left in my order. I was told it was being made, but it wasn’t. I called for their attention again minutes later, and what seemed to be a manager found my empty cup order on the side and finally made it. It’s frustrating watching everyone before and after me get their orders. Bad experience for this Star Rewards payer. I gave an extra star, because the drinks were well made.
I went in 10 mins before they were closing the girl said with a attitude we r closing in 2 mins even though there was still 10 mins to close . Made me wait 20 mins so she can clean up then brought me out the drinks . And left right after . Extremely rude ...
Had to change my original review after this place emodeled\ They now are trash as my star rating indicates. They have 3 espresso machines but only 2 people working them 99% of time even when extremely busy. Workers barely seem to know what's going on, understaffed and unrestrained. I waited over half an hour for a mobile order recently while staff made drinks for people who never show up. Really unprofessional, should have kept old building and saved money, big failure.
