Worse place every to deal with. The entire company I spent over 4000 door a therma tru door. One have problems with day one phone call after phone call going on 7 months the issues are still not resolved. Window Rama is not authorized dealer and will not auto warranties they are sub contractor through reeb To sell these doors Reeb did not get out to my house for three months to look at door they will not warranty it I should’ve kept my 200 Home Depot door that I had for 20 years on my house with no issues do not buy from here you’ve been warned horrible customer service nobody gets back to you I can’t wait to take them to court and get my money back
Very nice store .. but price is way high .. then Home Depot for the same product .

Worst service ever.... I returned A 350 storm door and after the fact the door was thrown out and no refund. I have no idea what world these people live in. But if you tell me it was returnable then take it back you'd figure they would call you before ever even thinking of throwing it away. Why would you want to do business with this organization if they don't consider there customers.....
I would give them a minus - Man was rude & spoke down to me just because I asked a question. I wouldn't spend a dime in that store.
