Bought some badly needed new alpine boots yesterday. Greg spent quite of bit time fitting boots for me. Did a great job of explaining various boot technology. Great fit. Nice shop.

A ski and board shop you can trust. The prices are competitive and the staff are awesome. We've been getting gear here since our kids were barely able to walk in their boots. As the kids have grown, we've found our way back every season for one upgrade or another... ten years and counting.

Eric seemed nice at first but tried to coerce me into buying boots I didn’t like just to make a sale. Villages options for women’s snowboard boots was extremely limited and Eric was unable to assist me beyond the one pair- unsure if that is due to their lack of inventory or if they’re trained to push the more expensive product. Trying on boots while someone stares at you and forces you to make a decision on the spot is not an enjoyable experience and ultimately stressed me out. Their return policy is useless: 7-day refund minus a [unwanted] boot fitting fee and the restocking fee. I regret my purchase but the fees make it too expensive to return. I wanted to shop local but now remember why I have avoided this place for the past 10 years; maybe I’ll try again in another decade.
