Went to the Franklin dump with some scrap metal and was turned away. Not even 10 minutes after leaving I had a flat tire because obviously they don’t maintain the yard. Customer service is equal to the service you would see at Home Depot. They don’t really know what they’re doing

It would be nice to know when they change our pick up schedule instead of just changing it and never letting us know. Now our entire block has full recycling bins. Called customer service... Apparently all of us have our dates mixed up. Hmmm. Yet we all have it marked on our calendars that today is the correct day.
