This is my new favorite place to eat in Idaho Falls. How did I not know it's been here for 9 years? I read the menu and wanted everything. Settled on an original Philly cheese steak, Chicago dog, and putine. Everything was excellent. I honestly can't think of anything they could do to make it better. Top quality and great taste. I'll be back again and again.

Cheesesteak's was bomb! but stay away from the fountain drink machine, it taste like it hasn't been clean since the 80's.
What a great local hang out! The cheese steaks are great! I had the Reuben and it was a BIG sandwich and delish. Order the spicy fried cauliflower. I've never had it and I would order it again. It's definitely a place Id go back to. The Menu is large so you have plenty of choices. The inside looks like it needs some cleaning but that's it.
Ordered the philly and hula burger, both amazing. No way you’d be needing fries with the hula, hard to even get your mouth around it but delicious
Food tastes great! Saturday hours not so much so! We arrived shortly after 3:30 so we purchased our food to go which was not a problem. But while waiting for our food several customers came in after us! Some decided to not order and left then some chose to order any take theirs to go. I'd say a little longer hours on Saturdays would be in your favor considering this day more people are out and about in Idaho falls and think they have a little more time to eat lunch a bit late and closing at 4:00 I am sure you are losing customers as I did see a few walk out and perhaps because of the negative vibe they received they probably won't go back to your restaurant.
They've expanded! Good thing because it seems like everyone in Idaho Falls is learning it's one of the best places to get a fantastic sandwich. (but honestly, their fries might be even better)
Made my first visit to Franklin's this week. Great find. Low key, mom-and-pop vibe, they keep it simple and good. Currently (Feb 2021) making additions to their shop, it'll be a nice enhancement to their facility. Worth a stop and repeat visits
Been coming here for almost 10 years. Franklin’s has great quality meat and the best “French Dip” Sandwich I’ve ever had. The burgers, cheesesteaks and fresh cut fries are excellent. One of the best kept secrets of Idaho Falls.
