Excellent quality and excellent service from this company, quick response and shipping. I have trolled around Cape Lookout area with these rod holders, they are very strong, they do not flex. The only negative is that these holders flip over easily when the boat hits a wave, I almost lost them both on the first day. I now use a cord to tie them to the cleat. After using these holders for a few months, i no longer use them, while trolling around Cape Lookout, a fish pulled the line across the boat, flipped the rod holder over and pulled my rod into the ocean. The inventor of this holder failed to comple the design, they should not flip over.
