I needed my Kubota BX2380 50 hour service completed and some warranty work performed. The dealer where I purchased the Kubota has been so busy in their service department that they haven't been able to service my tractor needs. I've waited almost 2 months patiently to receive the call to bring it into them to service as i was told early July. Im still waiting..... I called Asheboro Kubota on Monday 08/24/2020 to see if they would service my tractors needs even though I didn't purchase it from their dealership. I was treated with respect and told yes they would be happy to help me and service my tractor needs. I took my BX2380 into Asheboro Kubota on Tuesday 08/25/2020. Today Thursday 08/27/2020 I received a call from Marshall in their service department giving me an update on the services being performed. Very impressed with the way I was treated and made me feel like my business was appreciated. I would highly recommend Asheboro Kubota to anyone looking for a Kubota dealership you can trust and will treat you like you want to be treated. Thank you!
Customer service is absolutely non-existent. This was my second attempt to do business with Asheboro Kubota with no avail. Looked at mowers outside for 43 minutes with ZERO assistance. I went inside to give the benefit of the doubt about them all being busy despite only 1 vehicle in the Customer parking area. I walked through the door and there were multiple employees in the doorway of 1 office. All looked directly at me when I walked in and turned rite back to their conversation without even acknowledging me. I looked at the brochures for the mowers I am interested in ( other then 2 brochures that were not there) to get my own info because obviously I wasn't going to get any help from anyone else. I stayed about 10 minutes in the lobby and decided that I would leave AGAIN just as I did the first time I came. I am taking my business to the Sanford location. I will never visit visit this location again.
