WOW!! This is what professionalism feels like. Mark came out to install my gas logs and from the moment I talked to Frank until the moment Mark left after the install they were an absolute delight to work with. These guys are great and I will definitely refer them and when I need more work they will be the first ones that I call. You can not go wrong with this company.

We called to have a sweep and inspection done. Frank called back within a day of me leaving a voicemail. They were able to come out about a week later to perform that. We decided that it was a very reasonable quote for the chimney repair so we set up an appointment for when it was not too cold outside. Josh and James came out earlier in the morning than expected, which is nice, and they accomplished all that they could in a half of a day. They will be out tomorrow morning to do the weather sealant after the cement and mortar cures. The guys were very nice and respectful, and I couldn't be happier with the work that was done. From 1st call to finalized work was within a month's time frame. I would easily recommend Frank's to friends and family! Two thumbs up!!

I just moved into my place in Crystal Lakes and my gas fireplace stopped working so I got a hold of Frank's chimney cleaning and they came out promptly , right on time and completely repaired my fireplace and installed a couple chimney caps checked out my fireplace upstairs and did a very professional job .
