Very positive first experience with Cornerstone Custom Brick of Fraser, MI. We received what we felt was a very fair estimate for work to repair/rebuild our porch steps from unstable patio pavers used as steps as well as to re-level the surrounding patio pavers. We were quickly put on the schedule, with one day of power washing the pavers and a full day of work. We were super impressed and love the final product. Great communication all around. Had my crumbling chimney replaced by Cornerstone. They were super fast and responsive, and were able to get a crew out for my work the next day. I left for work in the morning and came back home to a brand new chimney! and they left no brick or debris in the yard. So it was the quickest, cleanest job I've had done on my home so far. Would recommend Also, Brittany the project supervisor was easy to work with and friendly. Thanks again!

I can't recommend the company. After the brick work, we've had several leaks. I called 4 times and was ignored. I didn't want a redo of the work, but help in sealing the area. I'm a reasonable person. This isn't a \family\ company either. They used three (very nice) day laborers to do the work so I was also concerned about them being compensated fairly since none of them were citizens. And for the owner, reach out to you why? You don't respond. I should've taken pictures to send to the BBB, but it's been since repaired. Part of this is my fault for being so passive and not having a lawyer involved but I've been raised to seek compassion, understanding, and honoring your word. This company has none.
The quality of work done by Geronimo and his helper Clemente repairing and restoring our paver brick areas was outstanding. They were able to incorporate changes to the existing design that definitely improved the curb appeal of our house. We paid a significant amount of money to Cornerstone Custom Brick and I can only hope that those who did the actual work were well compensated.
