For everyone that is reading this review, PLEASE PAY ATTENTION!! My car buying experience at Fred Anderson Kia was wonderful. Please ask for Anthony. I received more for my trade-in which was a Optima 2020. I purchase the K5 GT-Line Sapphire Blue. I even received a few hundred dollars off the discount with other great rebates. Bottom line, my customer satisfaction was met. I was very impressive with the working staff and the finance manager Pierre, who ensured that my payment goals were met. You guys deserve a 5 star rating from me.

I bought a car from Fred Anderson Kia a couple days ago and I have to say that Mark Walton made the whole process simple and worked with me to get me in the car I wanted. Even when I had to leave to be at work on time before I had finished the deal, he went out of his way to accommodate me and we were able to finish everything up the next day.. and that's with allowing me to drive away in the car before I had finalized everything! Service was very good. Mark (and Oscar/Finance) I can highly recommend this team.

My overall experience at Kia was awesome. Wendell helped me as best as he could to get into the car I wanted. He’s the best sales guy there. I got good monthly payments also. There’s one thing I that I don’t agree upon and think they should change and that’s the false advertisement about the family plan that says there’s free oil changes. I come to get my “free” oil change and my total comes to 72. Why? Because of additives and tire rotation that was added although I only came for the oil change. Be more specific when advertising your products.
