Drove 30 miles round trip and spent approx. 35 for meat flavored buns with mustard, pickles, and onions. The hamburger patties were so thin you can see through them. The only thing holding the patty together was the scorched side of the \patty.\ The french fries were cold and tasted old. This was our first and last visit to Freddy's.

I must say today I had an excellent experience for my first time at Freddy’s. I’m giving five stars to Shane the (General Manager). He was friendly, courteous and funny. He went above and beyond in explaining their prices, toppings and items to me. I felt very knowledgeable once leaving the establishment. I would definitely recommend Freddy’s.
1/16/21 should be on camera .Arrived at 1130am and stood at counter to order. No one ever came to take our order. The whole crew was behind the wall talking. Stepped around and asked if dining room was open, was told yes. Went back to counter still no help or explanation so we left at @ 1138. Very poor business practice. Went to culvers and treated like royalty. Hot food and friendly service.
3rd time in 2 weeks order was wrong. Lack of focus by employees and glassy eyes may lead some to think they are stoned. Shouldn't these restaurants have corporate checks? It's now been 2 months since we last visited and we were a little worried that things would be the same. However we were pleasantly surprised. Service was fast and accurate! Associates were friendly and attentive. Order was accurate! Much better than last few times! Move 2 stars to 4 stars!
Great hamburgers and ice cream desserts, restaurant looks nice and has a nice atmosphere. Food isn't cheap but is on par with most other places around the area, we ate at Burger King just Friday and paid about the same amount for food for 2 adults and preteen and 2 smaller children. They could use a break room for their employees though, as they could send multiple workers on break and they each take over their own booth taking away seating from paying customers. Today we had this experience and it wouldn't have been a big deal except this employee was having a conversation with someone on speaker phone pretty loudly. It just wasn't professional to have someone in work attire sitting there talking so loudly with someone over speaker phone while customers are trying to enjoy meals with their families. I almost notified a manager but honestly couldn't tell who that was supposed to be.
