First time cross country skiing for myself and family and we had a blast! The staff at Forbush made our first time enjoyable. Even the other patrons supporting us and very helpful!

A friend and I decided to try to get one more winter activity in on a weekend trip and we happened upon Forbush Corner. She had never been xc skiing before and the staff took complete care of us and got us out on the trails in no time. They had a great trail suggestion and by the end, both of us were hooked. Add to that, the sweetest volunteers and skiers we met in the lodge area and we will definitely be back. Highly recommended, the trails were wonderful!

Delightful owners who are there to assist. Excellent equipment and set up. Beautiful groomed trails. Fortunate to have this gem nearby!

First time skiing at Forebush Corner and it was excellent. The trails are beautifully groomed and there are so many to choose from. I thoroughly enjoyed skiing there and will definitely go back again.

Enter as strangers, leave as friends! This is more than just a sign on the wall inside their albeit small main building. The owners, staff, and volunteers welcome all levels of skiers to their basically family lodge turned ski shop and treat you like part of the family. With that comes small bathroom facilities, but a real towel, a comfy couch and a unique drying rack for your gloves and hat above the stove. Equally remarkable is the variety of trails, masterfully laid out by the late David Forbush, and the quality grooming and track setting that the crew maintain. All this makes it worth the little farther drive and little more money for the exceptional experience. I fell in love with Homerun Hill and will be back to do Deadman's Drop again.
