I called twice from Rhode Island looking to get a couples massage this week... the owner, or manager (a man) when i asked for about a promo i saw online was extremely rude and disrespectful on the phone and even hung up on me. I was very upset yet i found a wonderful place with outstanding customer service called ‘Candle Day Spa’ would highly recommend that one over this just by the service and communication expressed to me.
