I accepted a cold call for free high efficiency bulbs, and was offered an inexpensive home energy audit (with the fee applying to any work done). I had little intention of going any further than that. I was impressed with the level of professionalism and the fact that they did not try to add on any suggestions/work (as I had a good knowledge of what needed to be done). I accepted the proposal and Atlas was very accommodating with working out the state refund details. I again received exceptional professionalism throughout all aspects (work/workers, admin, and scheduling). After all work was complete, my home's energy efficiency improved by 30%.

The specialty crew (Keith and Randy) and the insulation crew (lead by Muanna) are great ambassadors for the company as is Nolan the auditor. Customer Service and attention received by Ashley and Christine was impeccable. Highly recommend this company.

The energy audit was really worthwhile. I knew I needed new insulation, but they highlighted other areas to improve energy efficiency in my home and gave me a great price for the insulation. Everything was done professionally and they cleaned up everything when they were done (even things they weren't responsible for).

We had Atlas Home energy do an aunt of our home to improve energy efficiency of our house, develop a plan and complete the work. Our power utility paid for 50% of the recommended work. Atlas went beyond the basics and did things to improve energy retention in the house that were well beyond our expectations. This company is very responsive and reliable. I was contacted promptly to schedule appointments and employees arrived within the half hour time frame that they stipulate in their proposal. Jeff, the auditor, usually responded same day to any questions or concerns that I had and Sam and his crew did a great job insulating my home-they were very professional and thorough. Through the process, any small oversights were dealt with immediately and with courtesy, which went a long way in creating a sense of trust in them. They are invested in customer service and a professional work ethic. And my 94 year old house is warm in 25 degree weather for the first time ever. I am very pleased!
