Due to Covid, we had to do the set up by phone for my initial use, she was superb, thorough, extremely knowledgeable and obviously concerned how I made out with the equipment as she called the very next day to check up on me. I have used a CPAP for 15 years and needed a new one recently. The other one was 5 years old and stopped working properly. That is about the life of these machines. The rep who helped me set up my new one was great. Jenita was so cheerful and talked me through the things that were different. She answered my questions quickly and completely. I am very pleased.
