The 2 stars are for the front desk staff in Mt Airy office. They were nice and helpful. If not for them it would be 0 stars. Not impressed with the knowledge or ability of doctor Castillo. I will not be back to see her. I will stick with Dr. Lee in the Frederick office. He is smart and knows what he is doing when it comes to medical practice. When I need a doctor that is the single most important thing.

I recently had a procedure that I feel I should have been put out for. Instead, Dr. Brenner gave me 4 huge numbing shots to my cervix, that did nothing, and started the procedure. I felt everything she did. I was visibly in excruciating pain, I started to cry, my entire body was shaking, and it felt like the nurses were looking at me like I was crazy and this was just a normal everyday situation. I left sobbing and horrified in such a state that I feel I should contact a lawyer. I'm so traumatized by procedure that I haven't even been back for a follow up. No one should EVER have to go through what I was put through. DO NOT RECOMMEND EVER TO ANYONE. Honestly I wish I could give them zero stars.

Dr. Pamela Castillo - Martinez and her staff was wonderful. She makes you feel seen and heard. She made an appointment, which can feel awkward and vulnerable, very professional and safe. I would definitely recommend Dr. Castillo-Martinez.
