My brothers and I moved our Mom into CM a few years ago. She progressed from independent to assisted living about two years ago. In October, she departed this Earth after a great 95 year run. We are SO glad we selected CM for Mom to live out her final years. Every single member of the staff we interacted with treated Mom (and us!) like family. She could be a real handful, but the CM took it all in stride. When Mom died, the outpouring of support from CM was simply amazing. We knew she had been in the right place after encountering more than one CM team member in tears over her departure! Wow. Moving our Mom out of the condo she and Dad shared was not easy. The transition to CM for all of us was relatively so, in no small part due to the wonderful people there. Looking for a place that will keep you loved one safe and sound? Country Meadows!! :)

I always felt CM Frederick has done a great job engaging and working with my Dad and a nice environment in general. When I drove in and saw the Veterans message today on the yard signs I told my Dad he was famous knowing he hadn’t seen it in person. I can tell it made him happy. Nice touch Country Meadows!
Country Meadows is a great place for both the employees, and for the residents that live there. I personally have been working there for nearly a year, and the amount of knowledge and experience I've gained is amazing. Being there with the residents, forming bonds with them, and becoming their friend is great. The people that I work with and the residents that live here feel like a second family to me. The employees here take pride in knowing that we're doing something good for people. Being able to do something for a resident that makes their day better feels extremely rewarding. Country Meadows will meet and exceed all standards. Any person that moves into a Country Meadows retirement home will be met with a warm welcome and will make friends almost immediately.
My parents moved here together about 9 years ago. They began in Independent Living and then moved into Assisted Living. The staff have always treated them with respect and just like family. My father passed away almost 3 years ago and my mom has moved from AL into the Pathways Unit due to her health. With each move, the staff have made her transitions very effortless. They help with the move and make sure she has what she needs. They have always taken very good care of my mom and I am thankful she has such wonderful people watching over her when I can't be there day after day.
