I was seen once in a virtual visit which went fine. However I was put on a medication that gave me severe side effects. I called for 3 days before getting a return call. I missed a call and wars told in a voice mail to follow up with my PCP for a different issue than I had called about. I will be finding a new doctor after being very disappointed.

Dr. Hakim and her PA are wonderful! They take the time to listen to you and come up with solutions for your issues. Also Paige at the front desk is wonderful, she helped me get an appointment in a timely fashion and called me when there was a cancellation for an even earlier appointment. Highly recommend!
I have been a patient here for many years. The care I receive is adequate. But you need to wait for months for an appointment which is difficult when you need it to have a check up every six weeks. You also sit in the waiting room for your appointment up to 2 hours before you finally see a nurse or Dr. The patients time is not given any respect. I am going to finally find a new practice.
I love Dr. Hakim. She's been caring for me for over 10 years. She's patient, thorough, and goes out of her way to make me feel comfortable.
I have been seeing Dr. Hakim for many years. She is tremendous. She has the expertise, is caring and a wonderful listener. Yes, you will have to wait sometimes. Once the nurse apologized for the wait. I replied that when I have needed more time with her she has never rushed me. In medical care it is impossible to know how much time each patient will require. Better to wait for excellent care than to know everyone is getting 10 minutes with the doctor regardless of their condition.
