My husband and I have visited this practice several times. Dr. Jackson was warm and interested in hearing about both of our issues. He took his time and explained everything clearly. He told both of us that it was not necessary for us to get hearing aids at this time and warned us not to be pressured into buying them. I appreciated his honesty and advice. I recommend Dr. Jackson without reservation.

Had the septoplasty surgery. The surgery was done incorrectly and still having the same issues as before. Heading to another practice to have done correctly. Stay clear if you want something done right the first time.

Dr. Jackson has TERRIBLE bedside manners. Has ZERO patience with a toddler. Two minutes into our appointment and he was ready to give up and encouraged rescheduling and a second opinion! Save yourself the visit and schedule with another doctor who isn’t rude and uncaring!

I've been to Dr Jackson in his earlier years and he was fine. My last visit to him was completely different. He was rude from the moment he walked in. Not sure if he's retiring soon and just doesn't care at this point how he treats people. I was in tears when I left and would never go back and wouldn't recommend him to anyone
