I have been a patient for more than 6 years and the staff is very polite and caring. A very warm atmosphere, neat and clean all the time. Dr. Kazmi is the best, he always takes out time to listen and answer my questions. He truly cares about his patients and it shows always going that extra mile. It was very busy and I waited over 45 minutes to be seen. The nursing staff was very good. The facility was cleaned as I sat there. The receptionist took my temperature to make sure I wasn’t sick. The doctor was nice but I don’t think he fully understood my problem. I will go back there though and recommend this doctor and facility.

Frederick Health Toll House I will say it was a pleasant visit. The ladies were very kind at the desk and the staff were great. I didn't actually see the Doctor but his assistant Allen. He was very knowledgable and walked me through the whole procedure, explained in detail what the xrays and MRI meant . And was kind especially when he gave me an injection of cortisone. The office is very clean, all the nurses and MA's are very professional and pleasant.. Dr. WILLIAMS is very professional and pleasant thorough and friendly.. They took my temperature before anything, the cleaning staff was wipng down the chairs and desk while noone was being registered.. 100 percent..
