I've held off on engaging businesses during covid but figured I could get my exterior windows spring-cleaned. This was the first time I've used FWC.. my previous company had moved on. FWC: I found they Were responsive and I was able to get the business secured via email. they came on time and did a great job in a timely fashion.. one even kept himself busy with extra work while his cohort finished up. They only did the exteriors, as I'd requested, but we did end up having to let them thru to the deck at one point. They came in with feet coverings and masks and made beelines for exterior doors both in and out.. i felt like they were taking the extra security and for someone with health concerns, that meant a lot.
