Excellent experience - great customer service. Had a root canal that left me with absolutely NO PAIN and healed quickly with no problems. Loved the personal followup by doctor who checked on me that evening to make sure all was well and I had no pain. If I need dental surgery again, this is exactly where I would go.

I was referred to Doctor Romanow by my regular dentist for a tooth extraction. I'm a senior and have never has a tooth removed and Doctor Romanow explained the procedure beforehand and also on a step-by-step basis during the actual procedure. Honestly it wasn't as difficult a procedure as I expected. Discomfort yes but not very painful. His staff at his Frederick office are top notch for customer service, post surgery instructions and covid precautions. Doctor Romanow also followed up later in the day to check up on me. Class act and practice!

I highly recommend Greater Maryland Oral Surgery & Dental Implant. Our son has been dealing with a fractured tooth since May 2020 and we have been through hoops to try and save it, however in the end it needed to be extracted. Dr. Stuart Sheer recommended us to see his colleague Dr. Mistry for the front left tooth extraction. Our experience and Greater Maryland Oral Surgery & Dental Implants was wonderful and pleasant for our sons first surgery. It was quick, smooth and everyone there took great care of him!
