We elected Home Instead to help care for our ailing brother after meeting with owner Brad. Brad and the entire team delivered on every promise and it was very helpful to my brother to have a companion to take him out and about, to lunch at a restaurant or other errand he need to run. It helped greatly in giving him a sense of independence as well as outside company for entertainment. Everyone at Home Instead was helpful and kept us informed of any concerns, and their schedule. Could not have been better and all team members genuinely cared about our brothers well being. Thank you. We highly recommend using their services.

If you are in need of in home care I would highly recommend Home Instead. They were very fast at setting up care for my dad. My dad loves his care giver. I love the fact that they make every attempt to be consistent with there care givers.
Brad and his team had 24 hour home health care in place at the last minute for us. Everyone I spoke with and met was so friendly and genuinely cared how things were going. Top notch place. They put all my worries to rest. The staff acted like a family member to help our loved one. Highly recommend Brads Home Instead.
Great staff and caregivers. They really try to match my mom's preferences to particular caregivers. I've had to decrease my 5 star to a 2 star - 2 star only because the main caregiver my mom has had for 5 years or more is fabulous as well as some others who were very good. However, I received a call that mom's rates had drastically changed from an average of 50-60/week to a minimum of 165! The final straw was that they took away her primary caretaker. It was devastating.
Very professional, personal, and flexible group. I needed them and they were there. Very responsive to my families needs for my mother and able to deal with her demands, our schedules and other events of life. I would highly recommend them if you need in home care and want to avoid a nursing facility for your loved one.
