We always get the same person to come out named Jared. He’s wonderful and professional! He’s been out to our home at least 3 times, and always does quality work on our home. He’s installed light fixtures, cabinets, built us a doorway/installed a door, fixed our gas fireplace, replaced or completely installed new light fixtures, among other projects. I don’t know if there is anything he can’t do!

After making a request online last night I received a call this morning. After talking for 10 minutes she put me on hold and gave me a quote and found out that a technician was in the area if I wanted same day service. Jimmy Smith finished his previous job early in which I received a call to make sure it was alright for him to come earlier in the day. I also received a text with his picture stating that he was 30 minutes out. He repaired two of my dry wall issues. During the whole repair he explained what he was doing and the time that it would take. He worked the two jobs together so while one was drying he was coating the other wall. He explained the charges and the time it took the finish which was exactly the time that he thought it would take at the start of the job. He worked with no breaks and three hours later it looks perfect. He explained upfront that it would need to dry overnight and left me the sander if I wanted to complete it myself. Or I could request for him to come back to sand it if I wanted too. He was super sweet to my children running around and me running around to make sure school was still going on virtually. He did not let that distract him from doing his job so I didn't pay for him to stand there and talk. I am beyond pleased and will be requesting him again to do the next drywall repair. One room at a time but these cracks and pieces that are falling off the wall will look good again! Thanks to Jim.
