I would like to acknowledge Greg for outstanding customer service. To summarize, I was leaving the gym Wednesday morning around 6am and I had a question for the front desk. Greg helped me while checking in the 6am rush. I was running late and wanted an answer quickly. As I waited respectfully but impatiently, I watched him acknowledge every single person that entered by name, and a quick little line that showed he didn't just know their name, but on a more personal level. All while not forgetting about me and saying he will take care of me momentarily in-between check ins. A sense of patience and gratitude came over me as I watched such a small aspect of my busy day leave a lasting impact. I don't typically write reviews but Greg truly executed genuine customer service and that is just rare these days in my opinion, and i believe that deserves to be recognized. Thank you Greg for reminding me of patience, and what small doses of just being a good person can do for someone else.

Large 2 story gym with pool, sauna, basketball court, and lots of equipment. One of the best gyms in Frederick. Most of the equipment is on the second floor. Lots of windows and tall ceilings. Dumbbells only go up to 100 lbs. A lot of the equipment is Roc•It brand which I despise personally. When there is group fitness going on the building tends to shake because we are on the second floor. Day passes are a whopping 20/ day. They have always charge my guests. In spite of these negatives, I still choose to workout at Onelife over the other gyms in the area.

The the monthly price and what's included I think this is an awesome gym. All classes with the exception to zone 4 are included with your monthly membership of 34. The pool is nice and you can swim laps but it is only 3-4 feet deep. Trainers are a little expensive in my opinion.the gym is really clean and they have great equipment. They also have a great teens program.

After COVID 19 most of the equipments were out of service. The pool don’t have a heater and the water is freezing all the time. The sauna was not working properly even before getting closed. And this is the only gym in this area. Spend money and make this gym a proper gym for people around.
