February 9th I had made a scheduled appointment and declined another place that was going to take me sooner because this place was listed under took my Primera Blue Cross Insurance by my insurance provider under my work and they need to be removed from the in network list because they won't take it even with reference number and proof company paid deductable already. It's an hour away drive and on the day of my appointment they declined me for having morning sickness and told me good luck finding another place to take me. Morning sickness is not covid. I was pregnant and they would not see me. I found another place in Alexandria that's a abortion clinic and told them what happened they took me immediately within the next hour of being declined by Planned Parenthood. If I could give a lower rating than 1 star I would most horrible experience of my life dealing with these people at Planned Parenthood extremely rude and frustrating experience. Don't even call yourself an abortion clinic when you won't give someone an abortion that they need.

Had an IUD insterted today which was quite a painful expierence but the staff at this location is beyond great! Mariah I believe her name was, was very attentive and friendly while checking in and so was the medical assistant Ana! Very kind and attentive as well. It’s nice going to a place like this where they make you feel comfortable even when coming for a painful procedure! I work in the medical field as well and understand how important good customer service is and can say I am definitely pleased and will recommend this location!

Thank you so much to the staff of planned Parenthood for making my IUD insertion run as smoothly as possible. Thank you for being patient and understanding while I fought with my insurance company over the phone. The staff was extremely compassionate and professional. And at the end, I walked out with my IUD inserted, which I had been trying to get from other clinics for the last 6 months. No hoops to jump through on their end. No excuses or crazy pro-birth lectures while I was there. Thank you for not punishing me for being a woman. You all are amazing.

I had a WONDERFUL experience at this location! All of the staff were pleasant, professional, and patient through every step of my visit. I also made an appointment last minute and was able to be seen within two days plus they were willing to work with me financially and this made everything even better! I loved the discretion used when asking certain questions and I love how fast I was in and out with all questions answered and the medication I needed. Thank you guys sooo much!

This location is WONDERFUL!! I have been here many times and have never had a bad experience. All the doctors and nurses are so kind, professional and sooo easy to talk to. I never have to wait long. I have been to other locations and this is the best by far. I even prefer this Planned parenthood over my regular gyno.
