I’ve been here a few times before to drop items off. I’ve also been able to leave and return when they finish looking at the item. I was expecting to do the same, especially now due to COVID. However that’s not the case, due to COVID they have a “new” policy in place that the customer remain with their belongings. Really? The store was busy with over ten customers and here i am trying to dodge folks. Customer service is horrible as well as this “new” policy! Where is a responsible adult with common sense?? This is crazy! Never again. I’ll just donate my belongings to those in need.

Nice selection at affordable prices. You can also sell items. Nothing too fancy. Newer casual clothes.

As a business model, Plato's closet must be making hand over fished. While they seemed to be stocked up to the brim, aisles filled with clothes falling off the hangers, I came in with an expensive a 178 pair of jeans and was offered 4 for the purchase. This pisses model is built on people who have expensive clothes and just wanna get rid of it. I'm sure these people exist and I'm sure one can find really cheap .

Awesome staff! Great prices and styles! They have a wide range of sizes for both men and women! They recently have added more plus size too! They truly value the customer! I love supporting small businesses, you receive service that’s just not matched at big chain stores.

Dudeeeee, why are there only young girls with no supervision of an adult? I would think they’re at least trained to be more friendly before being left to run the store. When a customer approaches the register, the least they could do is greet them. One ignores you, the other one comes seconds after and just starts charging you for the stuff. Like what?
