I was the only customer in the office. I had to sit and wait for 5 minutes and I don't understand exactly why. The office workers proceeded to open mail while an in person, face to face, customer watched. After a while, a girl from the back of the office asks if she could help me. I had no idea as to who she was even speaking to, since she never bothered to leave her seat and address me directly. I find this to be unprofessional. Time is valuable. And the folks in this office should acknowledge this, if they want my business. I don't have to spend my money at this place and I surely didn't.

paul was very helpful. I had an insurance flag on my record and not even my own insurance co. was willing to help. He assisted in calling the mva for me and getting everything cleared up so I could finally get my tags, very profesional and courteous

I was searching online for title services because of the worst customer service from MVA folks and to be honest! I think all the government agencies in Maryland are the worst of the worst and all thanks to the governor who don’t seem to care to take care of his people in Maryland. Back to the topic. So I came across this agency which is local and private. Kid you not, the person on the phone went above and beyond to help me understand the process of getting my title issue fixed, where the MVA told me they don’t know what to do. The lady who helped me at Quick Auto Tag and Title, her name is FATIMA, was the best ever. She was so nice and very well mannered and she understood my frustration and still remained calm and help me out. I was so satisfied with the customer service she provided. I can’t thank her enough to help me out. Thank you so much Fatima for your help.
