This place only offers services to people who will return money in exchange for help. I walked in the office on a evening day. When this lady spotted me entering her office, me carrying more then what i needed. She immedietly became in a rage of anger. She hates her own people living in a low condition instead of helping. They so call this place Latino Services, i say services for only people who obtain Capitalism. Not for people in low income. Maybe change the name and say what you really feel. Learn not to shout at people and learn to humble your self. God bless you all.

I was somewhat reluctant to go to a Spanish-speaking place, but RM has good reviews on Yelp. Diana turned out to be perfectly bilingual, knowledgeable and a wonderful person! She helped me save a considerable amount of money last year, so I couldn't have been happier to have chosen this consultation over an online service. Moreover, you can typically just walk in without an appointment. Even though I no longer work in Frederick, I keep coming back every year. :)
