Wheelchair-accessible entrance
Stopped here on the way home from MD, and we saw mountains in the distance on the highways, so then to see a (Scenic View) sign, we were thinking oh wow! That must be really nice! But, honestly.. there's really no view. You can see so much more from the highway. But, definitely good for a rest stop.

Excellent place to go view the sky and take pictures Or maybe you want to relax and take a load off Or maybe you have to take a break.. Well the scenic view on 270 is the place for you! I have enjoyed going there both before and after hours for how serene it can be, even when right off the highway. Definitely a view that is within local reach
Nice little turnout. Good for a quick stretch of the legs.
It's pretty. Almost looks like downtown Gatlinburg. Oddly, not an immediate \scenic view\. Trees actually block a good portion of the view; need to walk a good distance to get a decent photo. Worth a stop though, if not for the view but at least a good place to stretch the legs and allow pets to relieve themselves while getting a bit of exercise.
Nice place for a quick scenic stop off of 270, not to far from Frederick.
