I had Testa perform a driveway extension and resurfacing in March 2020. The price was reasonable and the job was done quickly and on time. That's where my positive experience ends. Over time there are several areas in the driveway that have sunk from parking vehicles. I asked about this prior to signing a contract and assured they would come back and repair if it happened. It seems they don't return calls, texts, or voicemails once the job is completed and they have moved on. Prior to cashing my check they were very responsive.

I hired Testa in 2019 to repave my driveway. I got there info from my neighbor who also had there driveway done by Testa. They were on time with each meeting and came on the date we initially agreed upon and completed the job within the timeframe they provided. Great experience! About 6 months later i started to see some blemishes from my car in the summer heat and reached back out to Testa and informed them of the issue. Within 1 week from my call (Vito) which whom i worked with from beginning came out to inspect the driveway and then returned within 2 weeks after our meeting to repair. It still looks amazing today. I would recommend them to anyone! These guys are awesome and they definitely stand behind there work which is hard time find now and days!

UPDATE: 12/8/2020 Tina from Testa ignored the Better Business Bureau on the first two notices and then someone finally responded to them indicating an excuse due to covid for the refund delay. That is a lie as Tina said she would drop of a check on Nov 10, 2020. WE STILL DO NOT HAVE OUR PROMISED REFUND. SUCH A DISHONEST BUSINESS OWNER WITH NO INTEGRITY. Company surveyed driveway, provided estimate and verbally said their price was expensive because they had a two year warranty and would come back out and recoat the driveway if anything went wrong. They were also aware after surveying the property that the driveway was sealcoated a few years ago. Work completed 5/30/2020. A month after the application, the driveway started chipping and pealing. I contacted the company on June 1st @ 11:08am and again on July 4th at 11:09am with no return calls. I called again on October 14, October 20th when Company spokeperson said \did I put the warranty in writing\, \please text me your photos\. I send the photos and no response. I called again and she said she would not reseal the driveway but reimburse me the 200 cost of the job. The was on October 20th. 14 days went by and still have not received reimbursement. I contact her on 11/10/2020 and received a text saying she will drop a check off at my home by the end of the day. This has not happened.

I was referred to Testa paving from my friend, there family-owned and operated very hands-on. I couldn’t be happier with my new driveway. Also their service is some of the best I’ve received in any line of work. Even after the job was completed they would occasionally come back by to check on everything. Highly recommend.
