They didnt know the menu. Chili was cold, ordered sandwich. Bread was expired and hard as porcelain. Some of the meats were gray! Very bad we ended up throwing 32 of food away and having frozen pizza. To be fair the 1 girl in there was very patient and friendly and was apolegetic for other mistakes made.

The owner and all of the employees are very friendly. We love the food. Soups change daily and are always fresh. Great lunch spot when you are shopping nearby. Easy to order online and pick it up too.

Great sandwiches and excellent soup! Service with a smile, and no problem customizing my order. Had the lobster bisque and corn chowder, both most excellent! Clean, neat, nice music and soft ambiance. Definitely making this my routine lunch travel stop when passing through Frederick, MD.

Ordered a grain bowl and it was pretty good. Though i prefer cava for that though. The bread was very good. They were friendly and the service was very fast. Will definitely return and try some other items on the menu.

First and foremost, good food. The zoups (soups) are hearty, served hot, and served fast. Customer service was very friendly. The server behind the counter seemed eager to introduce me to their brand and offered me a tasting of any and all soups I wished to try. About half of their soups are permanently on menu, and delicious. These include fire-roasted tomato bisque, lobster bisque, and traditional chicken noodle, among others. They also keep a rotation of about half a dozen soups including (currently) a burger-cheeseburger soup. The only thing keeping this from being 5 stars is the clever marketing. They offer a \Try 2\ option, as most places like this do, and when I asked what the \deal\ was I was told it saves you money. But if you look at the menu, the items under the \Try 2\ column are 8oz. yet they are considerably more pricy than half the 16oz size. That is at best misleading. All in all I would eat here again without question, flavorful and hot food, good service, and convenient.
