Phenomenal customer service! I needed help with chemicals for my spa and the gentlemen there were extremely helpful with answering my questions, providing me with support and suggestions and having the supplies I needed. I just saw this crew at the Home Depot in Fredricksburg, at least 2 were not wearing masks. I get there are some people who believe it’s a hoax and still not convinced that a mask will be any value, however the mask it mandatory now in VA. When the mask was mentioned to one of the crew I was told f*** all of you. Not sure who all of us are but this is certainly not what you expect from your neighborhood pool service. #unmasked_professionals
IMPORTANT: Do NOT make the mistake we made by going to 3 other pool companies before finding AAA!! We wasted so much time and money trying to get our old pool up and running! Go straight to AAA if you want it done right. Our indoor pool is now a delight—no chlorine smell (salt water generator) or red eyes. Don’t even need to shower when you get out! Perfect temperature and beautiful liner. They do it all and you’ll be happy with the result. And a special thank you to Mr. Shaver for his kindness and expertise, and to Wayne for helping me keep the pool shipshape!
Let me start this review by saying that they came highly recommend through my realtor. I called AAA pools to schedule my pool closing. Me being a first time Pool owner had no idea what needed to be done. They made recommendations per my description. Day of service 11/04/20 guys showed 15 min early. Introduced them selfs and talked while they serviced my pool. They quoted me for 543 Based on my description if I’m not mistaken on price. Long story short they did there thing and I paid 70 less there honest and stand up people. While they were leaving I asked if I needed water bags based on my conversation on the phone, the gentleman said no you have a secured cover and ran the numbers with me and dumbed down on why I was paying less.I feel that most company’s would’ve sold me everything and me being green I would’ve bought it. AAA pools are honest and don’t get the bad reviews! I highly recommend them.
My personal experience with this company was not so great. I wanted an estimate for my pool. The man that came for the estimate had an attitude and did not even call prior to the appointment. He showed up at the wrong time as well. If they want to keep their customers they should be kind. There should be no reason for an attitude and irrational behavior.
