I can't express enough how this company over exceeded my customer satisfaction! First off prices per day are very inexpensive compared to brand name rental companies. There vans are great we had no complains about it. Then to top it off they are flexible with you and super friendly. Ashley is by far the best not once when I called her she had a bad attitude (and I called her plenty times). Every single time we spoke I felt appreciated as a customer. Thank you ABS VAN RENTALS!!! We will definitely come back!
Started vanpooling I'm December with ABS. There are quite a few options for getting to and frof most locations, hence the 2 stars. The bad...I was vanpooling with a group from the 610 lot to 14&K street/Georgetown/20th & Pennsylvania. The time was somewhat convenient but the van coordinators were horrible and caused too much drama and unnecessary stress. There's a female (Michelle) who is very aggressive and essentially controls the van so she gets what she wants. There's a male (John) who drives all the time so he doesn't sit in the back...ever! The unspoken rule to them is van coordinators don't sit in the back. Nothing but problems. It's really like dealing with children after you've worked all day. Try calling the office to speak tommanato man (Ashley) and there's no resolution. She seems to be overworked, coordinates the maintenance, invoicing and apparrently van rentals so she aredoesnt get involved even if it's safety related. Things are changed to accommodate the coordinators and essentially they do what they want with no consequences. This was my first vanpooling experience and I definitely won't be doing it again or recommending ABS or the van I rode with ever again! If you make the mistake of joining, make sure you read the rules so you can stand up for yourself and no lt get bullied!
FANTASTIC!!! This company still values customer service and could not have been more accomodating. Not only was the wonderful service worth using ABS, but the price was very reasonable especially when compared to other rental places with lesser quality vehicles. My family rented a 15 passenger van for a trip to Disney and were more than pleased. We would not hesitate to use this company again and would highly recommend. I still value friendly customer service and Ashley and ABS are the best! Thank you for starting our trip off so nicely!
